1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between einbd and its users. einbd is an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. These Terms apply to all services provided through the website https://einbd.cam.

It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using this platform. By continuing to access the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Anyone applying to open an account with einbd must be at least 21 years of age. einbd reserves the right to verify the accuracy of age-related information provided at the time of account registration.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or device. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence.

2.3 Registration Terms

The following conditions must be met when registering an account:

• All personal information must be provided accurately and in full
• A valid and active email address must be used
• A strong password must be created and kept confidential
• The applicant must be a legal resident of Bangladesh
• These terms and conditions must be accepted with full consent

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent money laundering, einbd reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other valid identity document.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (email and password) completely confidential. No third party may be allowed to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

3.2 Account Currency

All transactions on einbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The balance displayed in the account will always be calculated in Bangladeshi Taka.

3.3 Account Verification

After registration, einbd will send a verification message to your email. Completing this verification is required to fully activate your account. Withdrawal functionality may be limited until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on einbd via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. A fully verified account is required to make withdrawals.

4.3 Refund Policy

If a refund of deposited funds is requested before any game is played, it will be processed, however an administrative fee may apply. Once a bet has been placed on any game, a refund of those funds is not possible.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method

For security purposes, withdrawals are generally made using the same method that was used to deposit. In special circumstances, permission may be granted to use a different method, however this will require additional verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement and validity period
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will be converted to cash only after the wagering requirement is completed
• Certain games may contribute at different percentages toward bonus wagering
• A user may receive each bonus offer only once
• If a bonus is not used within its set validity period, it will be cancelled automatically
• Operating an account with the intent to exploit bonus offers will be considered a prohibited activity

5.3 VIP Program

The einbd VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

VIP tiers can be reached by playing regularly and staying active on the platform. The specific criteria for reaching each tier are set by einbd and are subject to change.

5.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses

If a user violates the terms and conditions or attempts to claim a bonus dishonestly, einbd reserves the right to cancel that bonus at any time.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. einbd has the sole right to make decisions regarding any technical issues that arise during a game or event.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting odds may change in real time. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will remain applicable.

6.3 Casino Games

Live casino, slot machines, and other games have their own rules, which are detailed on each game's page. Game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

6.4 Game Errors

If the result of any game is affected by a software error, network issue, or other technical reason, that round may be voided and the relevant bet amount will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using a false identity or false information
• Using bonuses dishonestly (bonus arbitrage)
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools
• Activities related to money laundering or terrorist financing
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Accessing other users' accounts or defrauding them
• Attempting to manipulate game results

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

Users may request to close their account at any time. Before closing an account, all active bets must be settled and the available balance must be withdrawn.

10.2 Closure by einbd

einbd may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Detection of prohibited activities
• Providing false information
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
• Legal reasons or regulatory instructions

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Maintenance fees may apply to accounts that have been inactive for a long period. A notice will be sent by email in advance regarding this matter.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 Self-Limit Setting

Users can set their own deposit, betting, and time limits. Use this feature to keep control over your own gameplay.

11.2 Self-Exclusion
